The project is headed by Mr. Prof. Dr. habil. Michael May. He is one of the main actors in the facility management science scene in Germany. At the university of applied sciences ( HTW-Berlin) Mr. May is teaching Facility Management, IT in Facility Management (CAFM) and graphic data processing.

Florian Holzer and Frank Otto are the main protagonists in the progress of the project playFM. Both are former students of the University of Applied Sciences. They were employed as freelancers in IT- projects so they had the opportunity to gather experiences in the world of software companies. Finally they returned to their old university.

Frank has experiences in the fields of web- / software developing and 2D/3D design. He was also part in various web projects and had developed the visualization of architecture. Take a look at his Portfolio http://fosion.net.

Facility Management is a management discipline which has a great potential of optimization in field of the visual design. The development of user-friendly contents inside a “Serious Game” is a field to work off my creativity. “

Florian Holzer, diploma computer scientist (specialized in FM)

1 ½ years freelanced in the field office automatization for real estate industry and the web sector. Then he was employed as an adviser in Java and Oracle for a consulting agency for 2 years.

“Creative processes in connection with research work have been tempting me always. As I’m developing games in private life for a while the offer to create a research work in the field of GBL was quite to allured to don’t be part in it.
